Villa La Selva
We have exclusively booked out our venue, Villa La Selva, for the nights of October 11th 2024 through October 13th 2024.
Booking the venue in exclusivity means we can celebrate our wedding for a whole weekend in one central spot privately with all of our favorite people! All of our events throughout the weekend will be held at Villa Selva.
The Villa has a limited number of rooms and is currently fully booked. We have reserved some of these rooms for their immediate family members. For those guests who will be staying on-site, our wedding planners at Kay Northrup Events will email you instructions for booking your rooms.
Check-In at the Villa will be October 11th 2024
Check-Out will be October 14th 2024 at 10 AM
For all guests, who will not be staying on-site at the Villa, we have provided additional reccomended accommodations below!

Shuttles from Villa to the local accommodations will be provided. The routes and timing will be announced closer to the wedding date, we recommend staying at the following locations to ensure we can coordinate shuttle service.
If you stay at an alternative location nearby (or VRBOs or AirBnb's), the shuttle service may not be able to reach your location. Our wedding planners will be in touch with you directly after all RSVPs are collected to learn more about your travel plans and attendance information!

Florence
Florence is the capital of Italy’s Tuscany region and is home to many masterpieces of Renaissance art and architecture and is the home to many great Italian foods. Our wedding is located just 1 hours drive outside of the city which will provide a beautiful and intimate escape from the busy city while allowing easy access for explorations and adventures!
Villa a Sesta Polo & Equestrian Club, internationally known as VAS is located in the heart of Tuscany. VAS is the most prestigious Polo club in Italy and one of the most important in the world. The Polo contributes to making Villa A Sesta a crossroads of cultures and personalities from the five continents who come together to share a uniquely fascinating show.
The Berardenga Horse Riding Centre, in the hearth of Chianti, a few kilometres from Siena, is an elegant and professional riding school. Here you can opt into riding lessons or horseback riding adventures!
In addition to Villa La Selva Wine Resort, there are many nearby vineyards to go wine tasing during your stay in Italy! Here are a few nearby Villa La Selva;
Valdichiana Golf Club is an exciting and challenging course for both experienced and golfers and beginners: 9 holes in a setting of typical Tuscan beauty.
If you are looking to adventure over the Tuscan Hills, here you can plan a hot air balloon trip!
There are tennis courts at Villa La Selva and we encourage people to bring Pickleball paddles if you play!
Looking for a unique activity during your stay? There are truffle hunting tours in the nearby town of Arezzo. The company has limited spots available during our time in Italy so if you are interested please book your spots soon! On Sunday afternoon the newlyweds plan to attend the experience and all are welcome to join as spots are available!
